ImmunoBridge Summit: Registration Open to Doctors Across the Gulf
CSL Behring came back after the Andembry launch for its two-day ImmunoBridge Immunology Summit. Same proven setup, now taking mobile numbers and national IDs from all six GCC countries, live the day the agenda flyer arrived.
The Challenge
After the Andembry launch registration in Riyadh, Muse Corp came back to us with CSL Behring’s next event: the ImmunoBridge Immunology Summit, 11 and 12 December 2026, with the Gulf Academy of Allergy and Clinical Immunology (GA²CI). Day one covers immunodeficiency and neuromuscular care. Day two covers hereditary angioedema.
The ask was simple. Same system as Andembry. But this audience is not only Saudi. Doctors from the UAE, Kuwait, Qatar, Bahrain and Oman would register too, and the old form only took a Saudi mobile and a Saudi ID.
What We Built
We set up the domain, the QR code and a holding page before any design existed. The agenda flyer arrived on 7 October. That same day the registration page, the backend and the admin were live on the real domain. The speed came from reusing what had already worked. The time went into what was different.
The Summit’s Look, Not a Copy of Andembry
A different product gets its own identity. The flyer had no form design in it, so we designed the form from the flyer’s own language. The logo and imagery come from the original design files, the colours from the flyer, and the type is Barlow Condensed, the closest match to the flyer’s condensed headline face. The flyer names no venue, so the page names none either.

Mobile and ID From Any GCC Country
This is the biggest change. The mobile field has a country picker next to it, with Saudi Arabia as the default. Each country has its own rule: the UAE is 9 digits starting with 5, Kuwait is 8 digits starting with 4, 5, 6 or 9, and so on. The hint under the field and the error message change with the country.
The ID field has its own picker, and it follows the mobile country until the doctor changes it by hand. An Emirati doctor picks +971 and the ID field turns into an Emirates ID, 15 digits starting with 784, with no extra step. The loop and screens use test data.

The Agenda, Right on the Page
Two days, a lot of sessions, and a doctor wants to know what they are signing up for. “View full agenda” opens the whole programme in a window, set line for line from the approved flyer. The same button sits on the confirmation screen. Speaker names are blurred in the image here.

A Two-Day Confirmation
The confirmation lists both days and the start time in UAE time, with a calendar file set to the same zone.

The Same Admin, Now Reading the Gulf
The event team already knew this admin from Andembry: live search, masked IDs, Excel and CSV export, a guarded Clear all. What is new is that every mobile shows its country code, every ID shows its country (SA, AE, KW and so on), and times are in UAE time.

The Details That Matter
An ID is stored with its country. The same digits from two countries are two people, not a duplicate. A real repeat, the same ID from the same country, still lands on the normal success screen, as it did for Andembry.
The page changed while it was live. A doctor who opened it before the country pickers existed and then pressed Register sends no country at all. The server reads that as Saudi, which is what the page was at the time, so the registration goes through instead of getting lost.
The SCFHS number became optional for this summit, and then we hid it until the client decides. The server, the database column and the admin column are untouched, so bringing it back is one line.
Every way a submit can fail gets a clear answer: a bad field, a field the server rejected, no network, a reply slower than 20 seconds, a server error. In every case the form keeps what the doctor typed. An automated browser test fills the form end to end and fails the server on purpose to check exactly that.
