The Challenge
Most personal finance apps are built for Western markets. They don’t account for gold savings, multi-currency households, or Islamic financial obligations like Zakat. For anyone in the Middle East managing Egyptian pounds, UAE dirhams, and physical gold — there was nothing that truly fit.
We set out to build what was missing.
What We Built
MyLife is a personal finance platform designed from day one for how people in the region actually manage their money.
Your Full Financial Picture
Track bank accounts across multiple currencies, physical cash wallets, and gold and silver holdings — all with real-time market pricing. Not just numbers in a spreadsheet, but a living picture of total wealth.
Spending Made Clear
A fast, intuitive expense tracker with custom categories and quick-add for daily purchases. Monthly trends show where money is actually going, with visual breakdowns by category and day of the week.
Subscriptions Under Control
Every recurring payment — from streaming services to gym memberships — tracked in one place with upcoming renewal alerts and category filters, so nothing slips through.
Commitments and Zakat
Set personal and financial commitments with deadlines and track progress over time. A built-in Zakat calculator uses the Islamic lunar calendar, considers all asset types, and keeps a full payment history.
Bilingual, Mobile-First
The entire experience works natively in Arabic and English — not translated, but designed for both. Right-to-left layouts, native mobile apps for iOS and Android, and a responsive web version that works everywhere.
The Outcome
MyLife is live at managemylife.app and heading to the App Store. It’s the finance app we wished existed — and now it does.
Why This Matters
This project represents what ItqanLab is about: we don’t just build features, we build products that understand their users. MyLife was a product decision — designed and engineered with the same standard we bring to every engagement.

معظم تطبيقات الإدارة المالية الشخصية مصممة للأسواق الغربية. لا تأخذ بالاعتبار ادخار الذهب، أو التعامل بعملات متعددة، أو الالتزامات المالية الإسلامية كالزكاة. لأي شخص في الشرق الأوسط يدير جنيهات مصرية ودراهم إماراتية وذهباً — لم يكن هناك ما يناسبه حقاً.

MyLife منصة إدارة مالية شخصية صُممت من اليوم الأول لتتوافق مع الطريقة التي يدير بها الناس في المنطقة أموالهم فعلاً.
صورتك المالية الكاملة
تتبع حساباتك البنكية بعملات متعددة، ومحافظ النقد، وحيازات الذهب والفضة — مع أسعار السوق اللحظية. ليست مجرد أرقام في جدول، بل صورة حية لثروتك الإجمالية.
مصروفاتك واضحة
متتبع مصروفات سريع وبديهي مع فئات مخصصة وإضافة سريعة للمشتريات اليومية. اتجاهات شهرية توضح أين تذهب أموالك فعلاً، مع تحليلات بصرية حسب الفئة ويوم الأسبوع.
الاشتراكات تحت السيطرة
كل دفعة متكررة — من خدمات البث إلى عضويات الصالة الرياضية — متتبعة في مكان واحد مع تنبيهات التجديد القادمة وفلاتر الفئات.
الالتزامات والزكاة
حدد التزاماتك الشخصية والمالية بمواعيد نهائية وتتبع تقدمك. حاسبة زكاة مدمجة تستخدم التقويم الهجري، وتراعي جميع أنواع الأصول، وتحتفظ بسجل كامل للمدفوعات.
ثنائي اللغة، الموبايل أولاً
التجربة بالكامل تعمل بشكل أصلي بالعربية والإنجليزية — ليست مترجمة، بل مصممة للاثنين. تخطيطات من اليمين لليسار، تطبيقات موبايل أصلية لـ iOS وأندرويد، ونسخة ويب متجاوبة تعمل في كل مكان.
النتيجة
MyLife متاح الآن على managemylife.app وفي طريقه إلى متجر التطبيقات. إنه تطبيق الإدارة المالية الذي تمنينا وجوده — والآن أصبح موجوداً.
لماذا هذا مهم
هذا المشروع يمثل ما تدور حوله إتقان لاب: نحن لا نبني مجرد ميزات، بل نبني منتجات تفهم مستخدميها. MyLife كان قراراً منتجياً — صُمم وبُني بنفس المعايير التي نقدمها في كل مشروع.
