1. Agreement

By accessing itqanlab.com or engaging ItqanLab's services, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or services.

2. Services

ItqanLab provides design and technology services including product strategy, UI/UX design, web development, AI integration, brand identity, and design systems. Specific deliverables, timelines, and fees are defined in individual project agreements.

3. Project Engagements

• Scope — all project work is governed by a written scope agreement or proposal accepted by both parties.
• Payment — payment terms are defined in individual project agreements. Late payments may result in work being paused.
• Timeline — estimated timelines are provided in good faith. Delays caused by client feedback cycles or scope changes may extend delivery dates.
• Communication — we respond to inquiries within 24 hours on business days.

4. Intellectual Property

• Client work — upon full payment, clients receive ownership of final deliverables as specified in the project agreement.
• Portfolio rights — ItqanLab retains the right to showcase completed work in our portfolio unless otherwise agreed in writing.
• Pre-existing IP — each party retains ownership of their pre-existing intellectual property.
• Website content — all content on itqanlab.com (text, images, code, design) is owned by ItqanLab and may not be reproduced without permission.

5. Website Use

You agree not to:

• Use the website for any unlawful purpose.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems.
• Reproduce, duplicate, or resell any part of the website without permission.
• Introduce malicious code or interfere with the website's operation.

6. Limitation of Liability

ItqanLab provides the website and its content "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for:

• Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the website.
• Loss of data or business interruption.
• Actions of third-party services linked from our website.

Our total liability for any claim related to our services shall not exceed the fees paid for the specific service in question.

7. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep confidential any proprietary information shared during project engagements. This obligation survives termination of the engagement.

8. Termination

Either party may terminate a project engagement with written notice as specified in the project agreement. Upon termination, the client pays for all work completed up to the termination date.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Cairo, Egypt.

10. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the website after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
